Pilot supplement

For the adult-only Creator Caddie pilot, we use private account information, including contact details, creator date of birth and applicable shipping details, to administer accounts, assess eligibility and fulfill accepted campaigns. A creator's story, photo, preferences and public profile links are held separately from private account information. Social profile information includes platform, handle, profile URL and relevant audience details. The pilot does not ask for social-media passwords.

Campaign participants receive the information needed for their role. For example, a brand arranging physical-product fulfillment receives shipping details for accepted participants in its active campaign. Creator-facing profile information may be shared with relevant campaign participants. An application does not make private account details a public profile.

We use Supabase for authentication and account permissions, Airtable for pilot operational records, and our application hosting provider for running the app and storing restricted operation and recovery records. These providers process information to deliver those services. Recovery records and backups may include copies of submitted data so we can investigate interrupted actions, prevent duplicates and preserve correction history. Access is restricted to authorized operators.

We retain this information according to the retention purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including operating campaigns, resolving disputes and meeting applicable obligations. Requests concerning personal information can be sent to join@thecreatorcaddie.com. Where correction or deletion is appropriate, we consider the need to preserve transaction integrity and records we are required or permitted to retain.

The pilot is limited to adults aged 18 or older. The general Privacy Policy's references to participation by minors do not describe eligibility for this pilot.

Creator Caddie LLC (“Creator Caddie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, submit an application, create an account, purchase a membership, participate in a campaign, or otherwise use Creator Caddie’s services.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Creator Caddie does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or security codes directly.

3. PROFILE AND CAMPAIGN VISIBILITY

Information included in creator and brand profiles may be visible to other Creator Caddie members, campaign participants, or the public, depending on the service and available privacy settings.

Campaign owners and approved participants may receive information reasonably necessary to evaluate applications, communicate, deliver products, complete campaigns, and review performance.

Do not place sensitive personal information in a public profile, campaign submission, message, or content upload.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may use companies that provide website hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, membership management, security, customer support, data storage, and other operational services. These providers may process information on our behalf.

Creators, Brands, and Campaign Participants

We may share information when reasonably necessary to apply for, manage, participate in, evaluate, or complete a campaign.

Legal and Safety Purposes

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
