Pilot supplement

These pilot provisions supplement the Creator Caddie Terms of Service. For participation in the pilot, these provisions control where they conflict with the general Terms. Campaign-specific briefs and agreements also apply.

Adult participation

All pilot participants, including people acting for brands, must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter the applicable agreements. Creators must provide an accurate date of birth. Parent or guardian permission does not permit participation by a minor in this pilot.

Campaign work and disclosures

Participants must review the campaign brief, compensation, deliverables, deadlines and usage rights before accepting a selection. Creators remain responsible for publishing their content and providing accurate publication and performance evidence. Content must receive the required brand and Creator Caddie approvals before publication. Approval does not remove a participant's responsibility to comply with applicable law or platform rules.

Creators must clearly disclose material connections to a brand, including payment, free or discounted products, and other benefits. Disclosures must be easy to notice with the endorsement; video endorsements need an appropriate disclosure in the video itself. Endorsements must reflect the creator's honest experience. Campaign instructions cannot require a misleading statement or omission.

Reviews and reliability

After a campaign is completed, eligible participants may review another participant from that campaign using five independent ratings from 1 to 5: communication, reliability, content quality, timeliness and professionalism. Self-reviews are prohibited. Reviews are subject to moderation.

Creator Caddie records relevant campaign events and may review explanations, corrections and exceptions. An excused event can be recorded without negative impact. These records do not create a permanent penalty score. Participants may contact Creator Caddie to request review of an error.

Boodles

A pending Boodles reward does not increase the confirmed balance. A reward affects that balance after it is posted and confirmed. Corrections to confirmed entries are recorded separately, including a negative entry when a reversal is appropriate, so the original history remains traceable. The general Terms' restrictions on Boodles continue to apply, including that Boodles are not cash and have no cash redemption value.

Access to the pilot app does not itself purchase a membership or create a recurring charge. Any separately agreed membership charges or campaign compensation remain governed by their applicable agreements.

General Terms of Service

Original policy dated August 23, 2026, included in this publication with the pilot supplement above.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Creator Caddie website, memberships, accounts, campaigns, community features, and related services.

Creator Caddie LLC is referred to in these Terms as “Creator Caddie,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” “You” refers to any visitor, member, creator, brand, campaign owner, or other person using our services.

By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, submitting an application, or participating in a campaign, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Creator Caddie’s services.

1. ABOUT CREATOR CADDIE

Creator Caddie is a community and campaign platform designed to connect creators and brands through structured opportunities, communication, content creation, distribution, reviews, rewards, and reputation-building.

Creator Caddie may provide tools to create profiles, publish or discover campaigns, submit applications, select participants, communicate, track requirements, review performance, and complete collaborations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Creator Caddie facilitates connections and campaign administration but is not the employer, employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of any creator or brand.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to independently create an account or purchase a membership.

Individuals under 18 may participate only with the knowledge, permission, and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Creator Caddie may require a parental-consent form or other documentation before permitting a minor to participate in a campaign, event, sponsorship, or related activity.

You may not use Creator Caddie if applicable law prohibits you from receiving or using the services.

3. ACCOUNTS AND PROFILE INFORMATION

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Keep profile and contact information updated
• Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account
• Notify Creator Caddie promptly of suspected unauthorized access
• Create only accounts and profiles you are authorized to control

Creator Caddie may verify identity, business information, social media accounts, campaign history, audience information, or other profile details.

A verification badge does not guarantee a member’s identity, performance, suitability, audience, conduct, or future results.

4. MEMBERSHIP TYPES AND BENEFITS

Creator Caddie may offer free and paid membership levels for creators, brands, and other approved roles.

Membership benefits may include campaign access, application capacity, campaign creation, messaging, profile tools, community access, discounts, Boodles, ratings, rankings, distribution opportunities, and other features.

Specific benefits, eligibility requirements, pricing, and capacity limits are displayed on the applicable membership or campaign page. Creator Caddie may update future membership benefits, pricing, or eligibility requirements with reasonable notice when required by law.

Advancement to an earned status or membership level may depend on Boodles, ratings, completed campaigns, conduct, reliability, or other published criteria. Earned status cannot be purchased unless Creator Caddie expressly states otherwise.

5. RECURRING BILLING AND RENEWAL

Paid memberships may be offered monthly or annually.

Before purchase, Creator Caddie will display the membership price, billing frequency, included benefits, and applicable cancellation terms.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Creator Caddie and its payment provider to charge the selected payment method at the stated interval until the membership is canceled.

Monthly and annual memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date. Applicable taxes and clearly disclosed fees may also be charged.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Failed or disputed payments may result in restricted access, suspension, or cancellation.

6. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

You may cancel a recurring membership using the cancellation method available through your account or by contacting join@thecreatorcaddie.com.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and generally becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise disclosed or required by law.

Except when required by law or expressly stated in a written offer, membership charges are nonrefundable after a billing period begins.

Canceling or suspending a membership does not automatically cancel obligations connected to an active campaign. Members must complete accepted campaign responsibilities unless Creator Caddie or the campaign owner approves a release.

7. CAMPAIGNS

Campaign owners must provide accurate information concerning campaign goals, eligibility, compensation, products, deliverables, deadlines, content requirements, usage rights, and other material conditions.

Creators are responsible for reviewing campaign requirements before applying or accepting an opportunity.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Selection does not guarantee payment, products, exposure, engagement, followers, sales, or future opportunities beyond what is expressly stated in the campaign terms.

Once selected, all participants must follow the approved campaign guidelines and complete agreed responsibilities professionally and on time.

Campaign-specific written terms supplement these Terms. If campaign-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the campaign-specific terms control only for that campaign, except that Creator Caddie’s platform, safety, and community rules continue to apply.

8. APPLICATIONS, CAPACITY, AND WITHDRAWALS

Creator Caddie may limit the number of campaigns or applications available to a member based on membership level, earned status, ratings, Boodles, active commitments, eligibility, or other published criteria.

If a creator reaches the applicable campaign capacity, pending applications may be withdrawn or made unavailable according to the platform rules.

A creator who withdraws after accepting a campaign may lose the associated campaign capacity and may not receive Boodles, rewards, or other completion credit. Creator Caddie may consider emergencies and documented exceptional circumstances.

Non-selected applicants may have applicable capacity restored according to the platform rules.

9. CAMPAIGN CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Campaign owners must promptly disclose material changes and provide a reason when canceling a campaign.

Products already shipped, customized, used, or delivered may be nonreturnable or nonrefundable unless the campaign terms state otherwise.

Creator Caddie may pause, modify, or cancel a campaign when necessary because of safety concerns, misconduct, fraud, legal risk, nonperformance, platform errors, or other material circumstances.

Creator Caddie may assist with disputes and make final administrative decisions concerning platform access, capacity, Boodles, ratings, and campaign status. These administrative decisions do not eliminate any legal rights that cannot be waived.

10. COMMUNICATIONS

Members must use messaging and contact information responsibly.

Cross-member messaging may be limited to active campaign participants or other approved connections. You may not use Creator Caddie to send spam, harassment, threats, deceptive solicitations, or unauthorized advertising.

Creator Caddie may review or preserve communications when reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint, administer a campaign, enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.

11. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of original content you create and submit, subject to any campaign-specific agreement or license.

By uploading content to Creator Caddie, you grant Creator Caddie a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, administer the applicable campaign, display your profile, and provide the services.

Creator Caddie will not use your content for unrelated external advertising without permission unless that use is authorized by the applicable campaign terms or another agreement.

You represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to use and submit it
• The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• The content is accurate and not deceptive
• You have obtained necessary permission from identifiable individuals appearing in the content

Brands and creators must follow the content usage rights stated in each campaign. Participation does not automatically transfer ownership of content or grant unlimited usage rights.

12. CREATOR CADDIE PROPERTY

Creator Caddie’s name, logos, designs, software, website content, processes, documentation, graphics, and platform features are owned by or licensed to Creator Caddie and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, sell, license, reverse engineer, imitate, scrape, or commercially exploit Creator Caddie property without written permission.

13. REVIEWS, RATINGS, AND RANKINGS

Creator Caddie may allow members to submit reviews and allocate rating credits across qualities such as communication, reliability, quality, timeliness, and professionalism.

Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine participation or experience.

You may not manipulate reviews, create false reviews, retaliate against a reviewer, exchange compensation for a favorable rating, or coordinate artificial ranking activity.

Creator Caddie may remove, adjust, investigate, or decline to publish reviews or rankings that appear fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, retaliatory, or inconsistent with platform rules.

Ratings and rankings reflect community and platform activity. They are not guarantees of character, quality, future performance, income, or results.

14. BOODLES

Boodles are Creator Caddie community credits that may be earned through approved activity and used for eligible benefits.

Boodles:

• Are not cash, cryptocurrency, securities, or legal tender
• Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money
• Are personal to the member and may not be sold or transferred
• May be used only for benefits authorized by Creator Caddie
• May become inactive when an account is inactive or suspended
• May be withheld, reversed, or corrected in cases of error, fraud, abuse, cancellation, or rule violations

Boodles do not expire while an account remains active unless a specific program or promotion clearly states otherwise.

Creator Caddie may modify how future Boodles are earned or used. Previously earned Boodles will be handled according to the rules displayed when the change takes effect.

15. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not:

• Provide false identity, audience, engagement, campaign, or business information
• Use bots, purchased engagement, spam, or artificial activity
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or exploit another person
• Submit unlawful, infringing, obscene, hateful, or deceptive content
• Misuse another person’s name, image, content, account, or confidential information
• Circumvent membership, eligibility, capacity, payment, or campaign controls
• Interfere with the website, security systems, or another member’s account
• Scrape, harvest, or collect member information without authorization
• Use Creator Caddie for unlawful activity or unauthorized commercial solicitation
• Violate campaign guidelines, platform policies, or applicable law

16. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND MORALITY

Members are expected to act professionally and avoid conduct that could reasonably harm campaign participants, the Creator Caddie community, or an associated brand.

Creator Caddie may investigate credible reports of fraud, harassment, discrimination, violence, hate speech, criminal conduct, serious dishonesty, public misconduct, or other behavior materially inconsistent with community standards.

Creator Caddie may restrict campaigns, suspend benefits, remove content, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the community.

17. PRODUCTS, COMPENSATION, AND TAXES

Campaign compensation may include money, products, discounts, travel, services, prizes, exposure, Boodles, or other stated benefits.

The campaign owner is responsible for clearly describing compensation and delivering approved benefits. Creators are responsible for satisfying applicable requirements before receiving compensation.

Members are responsible for determining and paying their own taxes. Creator Caddie may collect tax information or issue required tax documentation when applicable.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, receiving products or campaign compensation does not create an employment relationship.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Creator Caddie may link to or integrate with social media platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, shipping services, and other third parties.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Creator Caddie is not responsible for third-party outages, decisions, content, account restrictions, algorithm changes, or data practices.

19. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may update, improve, test, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the website will operate without interruption or error.

We may perform maintenance, address security concerns, comply with legal requirements, or modify the service as the Creator Caddie community develops.

20. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Creator Caddie may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for:

• Violating these Terms or campaign requirements
• Nonpayment or disputed charges
• Fraud, abuse, harassment, or unsafe conduct
• Repeated nonperformance or serious reliability concerns
• Intellectual-property violations
• Conduct that creates legal, security, or reputational risk
• Any other material misuse of the services

Suspension or termination does not eliminate outstanding payment, confidentiality, content-use, campaign, or legal obligations.

You may stop using the services at any time, subject to active campaign and membership obligations.

21. DISCLAIMERS

Creator Caddie provides the website and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Creator Caddie does not guarantee:

• Selection for campaigns
• Products, compensation, income, sales, followers, engagement, or exposure
• The accuracy or reliability of member-provided information
• The conduct or performance of creators, brands, or third parties
• Compatibility between campaign participants
• Continuous or error-free access to the platform
• Any particular rating, ranking, status, or business result

You are responsible for evaluating opportunities, participants, campaign requirements, and business decisions.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Caddie and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, lost data, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Caddie’s total liability arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Creator Caddie during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

23. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creator Caddie and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your content or campaign activity
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Your fraud, misconduct, negligence, or misuse of the services

24. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding concerning these Terms or the services must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Washington State, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact Creator Caddie and make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as our services, memberships, campaigns, or legal obligations change.

The updated Effective Date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, email, or member account.

Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
